My son graduated from UTI Dallas on February 2, 2018 and there are not enough words to express my gratitude and joy for what UTI did for him.Because of a hearing impairment, school has always been laborious for him and his self esteem was diminished because of it.
But that all changed when he enrolled in UTI in August of 2016. He attended the very first night program (5:30pm-11:45pm), worked 32 hours a week at Valvoline, drove 1 1/2 hours (each day) to attend this night class and graduated with PERFECT attendance and was nominated into the Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society and is now headed to NASCAR Tech in Mooresville, NC this summer. None of this would have been possible had it not been for UTI. Was it hard?
ABSOLUTELY! But because of his work ethic and his passion, he did it!!! He had great instructors and parents who believed in him. Not every child is destined for a 4 year college/university experience and I am so thankful for UTI.
He received his Snap On Tools one week after graduating and my only complaint is that the $250 up charge for the $1,800 worth of tools is misleading. It cost me $413 after taxes. That should be disclosed.
But if I were to give this program a rating........5 STARS!!Thank you from a very grateful parent.
