What a scam!!!!My nephew is going to uti and signed up for their housing.

They charge $500 per person and put four guys in a two bedroom apartment. Thats $2000 month total!! Then they force them to move every couple of months for no reason. With every move they charge $100 each cleaning and if they can find some reason to charge for damage THEY DO AND WILL!!!

They charge each tenant HUGE charges for basically normal wear and tear!!!I myself work in apartment maintaintance/ make ready so i know whats normal and what is rediculous and what normal charges should be!!!!!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

I agree totally!Going thru this same experience at Houston campus .

5 guys total in apartment at 500 each. Always paying extra utility fees.

Forced them ALL to move and turned around and charged them 125 each for cleaning fees.Collegiate Housing is a rip off....better off getting your own housing set up.
