I graduated MMI Orlando with a 4.00 GPA and perfect attendance on 06/25/2010.The job started at $10.00/hour.

After seven months all I was offered was the same pay plus 5% commission. I had to move back home because I couldn't afford to pay my bills. I did get another mechanic job near Myrtle Beach (which was near my moms house). It payed even less (8.30/hour + comm) and three months later I was layed off for lack of business in July of 2011!

Now I'm $30,000 in debt with nothing but tools and bruised nuckles. Also, the need for boat technicians are few and far between.

Flat rate, flat rate, flat rate.Quit crying about you hourly rate and get to work.

If you are lazy and only make 40 hours on your weekly pay that is your fault and why you cant keep a job.Get to work, they trained you, I know the education they offer there, and from what you say I would FIRE you too.
