Dear internet people, I just graduated last week from UTI with an Auto Technology and full F.A.C.T certification. I thankfully had the GI Bill to cover most of the tuition and only have a $7k loan which is better than most of the people coming to UTI.
I am 21 years old and came here because college wasn't for me and I enjoyed the hands on training that Ford FACT gives you in electrical diagnosis especially. I saw first hand that if you don't get off you butt and actually pay attention and do the labs and learn from them, you WILL fail the class. The MSATS are not for 18 year old fresh out of high school kids who thought it would be easy because it's not "college". I found it very satisfying to get an A on my lab finals and tests in the FACT program.
I also did like the power and performance 1a/b classes.
I found learning advanced engine theory to be very interesting and I definitely learned some cool stuff from my instructor for those two classes. I have to give credit to the FACT instructors as they know their stuff by far!
